In 2030, 77% of Indians will be within the age of 30
That is almost a billion young people, isn’t this a great asset for a developing country like India?
A billion skilled and focused young people who are working towards the well-being of humanity I would say this is the best time to live ,The world would witness an economic revolution and India would stand tall as a global leader but only if we can have skilled and focused billion people, Well you would be thinking why would I write something like this in a company blog it’s not but the care that we have collectively towards the nation because there are many companies which look at India as a market.
We shall have to look at it as a possibility to scale up not just business and also the nation when I say nation I mean people so here comes the first resolution
– Inject passion in people and get them to be involved with life and then turn them more responsible and compassionate I believe this would work like a drug where once consumed you to ty with your friend too and add to the above content Give an equal exposure for rural talents and invest in training them in different informal areas like design and development.
– Work with best brands in the world, or work with brands and make the best as there are so many emerging brands we would be excited to work with some great companies which are influencing the user behavior and we are proud of working with paytm which changes the banking pattern of a country or we would like to work with any brands and make the best we don’t care about canvas all we care is the context and content.
– Train next generation
As you would have noticed we would be working with NGO and Orphanages as our interns are would be conducting skill development activities in those organizations and also would be conducting several workshops in various colleges in this year.
As there are outreach programs and Initiatives lined up we shall have a satisfactory year in 2019 is what we believe And yes we are a creative agency these are would be happening while we create some great campaigns and work on some innovating campaigns and setting new benchmarks in advertising.
